5G-Records - Live immersive content production
A live music performance by professional artists is captured by a set of Free-Viewpoint Video (FVV) cameras on the stage, located at Nokia premises in Madrid, Spain. The cameras are connected using Nokia 5G mmWave equipment to an edge cloud, where content production happens: several virtual views are produced by local or remote camera operators by Universidad Politécnica de Madrid FVV Live system. The produced video is delivered nationwide using the Telefónica transport network. End-to-end QoS is guaranteed for content producers and VIP users.
