EVOLVED-5G - Firewall - IP whitelisting
The use case describes the monitoring of the 5G core through the proper use of suitable APIs. An L7 Switch requests for congestion statistics from a Network App which is subscribed to MonitoringEvent API. The processed congestion info supplies the list with devices/destination IPs with high congestion stats. The Switch requests for new congestion statistics from NetApp. The processed congestion info resupplies the list with devices/destination IPs with high congestion stats. The Switch requests for further processing of traffic filters subscribed to MonitoringEvent API. The processed congestion info resupplies the list with devices/destination IPs with high congestion stats.
